PREGNANCY MASSAGE (available with Bruno, Katy, Tamara, Jeneen, and Cheryl)
This relaxation massage will help mom and baby feel great and have quiet time to connect. Pregnancy massage focuses on the special needs of a pregnant mom including: providing emotional support and nurturing touch, increased oxygenation to mother and baby, stress relief to overworked muscles and joints, decreased insomnia, reduced swelling of hands and feet, reduced calf cramps, and overall well-being.

REFLEXOLOGY (available with Bruno)
A holistic treatment that uses pressure therapy focused on reflex points in the feet and hands. It relieves tension, improves circulation and promotes the natural function of related areas of the body. It also reduces stress, induces relaxation, assists the body in removing toxins, revitalizes energy, and aids the body's natural healing process. Reflexology sessions are fully clothed.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY (available with Bruno)
Few systems have as much impact on the human body as the craniosacral system.  It protects and nourishes the brain and spinal cord — and affects nearly every aspect of central nervous system performance.  This modality grew from cranio-osteopathic medicine.  It allows you to address and potentially release fascial restrictions anywhere on the body that may be impinging on the craniosacral system.  This treatment uses manipulative techniques — holding and gentle traction — to normalize the system and allow the body to unwind.  It is done on a massage table while fully clothed.

JIN SHIN DO (available with Cherie)
Very gentle, yet deep finger pressure is used on specific points to help release chronic tension and balance the energy. Utilizes the meridian system of energy movement - but without the needles. Amazing results for the "always sore" areas.
