SOMATIC EXPERIENCES - GENTLE MOVEMENTS AND EXPLORATIONS FROM THE INSIDE OUT

It is a fascinating phenomenon, but the more that we can honor and embrace ourselves, the more our issues seem to dissipate. And there is no place that our issues surface more directly than within the structural and movement patterns of our own body. Our body IS our story. The rest of our life is variations on a theme. So, this workshop is for you - if you want to: *Create spaciousness and choice around old stagnant issues *Know the gentle integration of physical and emotional trauma *Deepen your awareness of your work in the world *Learn new ways to honor the ongoing messages from your body *Know the joy of expanding learning potential *Learn how to recalibrate brain patterns *Experience the pleasure of self-fulfillment - step by step.

Yahdi's work is about helping us as human beings to "learn how to befriend our bodies in an ever deepening relationship, so we can live our lives to the fullest potential". With this intention, she has expanded from a grounding in massage therapy, through a wide variety of mind/body modalities, music/ movement modalities, and poetic/spiritual modalities into an evolving synthesis of expression and service. Yahdi has traveled across the country offering sessions and classes including ongoing presentations for the Wellness Program at Cornell University.
