DREAMING YOURSELF AWAKE!
Instructor: Judith Owens-Lancaster

In this class you will learn how to build continuity of consciousness by understanding what dreams are, where they come from and why they are important. There will be an examination of archetypal and personal dream symbols, metaphors and other dream content and you will be given guidelines for interpretation. You will also learn how to actively engage the subconscious in problem solving.

Judith Owens-Lancaster has been lead to many sources of inspiration and education in this lifetime — theosophy, astrology, shamanism, Reiki and hypnotherapy. She has facilitated many workshops and study groups on dream analysis and programing. A published writer, Judith is also an active member of her Samish Indian Tribe and is an actor, a playwright and a theatrical director.

THE ALCHEMY OF MENOPAUSE THROUGH FLOWER ESSENCES AND PRESSURE POINTS
Instructor: Diana Pepper

For any curious woman who has ever had hot flashes, night sweats, irritability, trouble sleeping, or other menopause symptoms and has wondered if they have a deeper meaning and purpose. In this class you will learn the physical processes that lead to many of the common menopause symptoms. You will also experience how flower essences and acupressure points can assist your body to come to balance and support your personal healing/growth process during your menopause years. If you are a massage practitioner, you will learn how to apply this information with your menopausal clients. This is a fun, dynamic, interactive class. Please bring your lunch.

1/2 hour personal consultations starting at 2:15. Cost is $20 for class participants (a 50% savings)

Since childhood, Diana Pepper has felt a close bond with animals that has grown into a deep reverence for Life. She communicates with the plants, deva/plant spirits and fairy spirits of Tree Frog Farm, and with angels and Teachers of other dimensions. Diana teaches classes and lectures on how flower essences are made, personal and professional use of flower essences and other topics on alternative health.
