Active Isolated Stretching is a unique and effective myofascial release method that improves circulation and joint mobility, promotes faster recovery from soft tissue injuries and reduces muscle stiffness and pain. Key principles of AIS and assisted stretching protocols for chronic pain and injury treatment for the shoulders, neck and upper extremities will be presented and practiced under instructor supervision.

Medical Intuitive and Energy Medicine Practitioner, Katherine Bennett, will be returning to Green Touch August 15th through the 19th. Katherine has thousands of hours of professional experience and enjoys an international practice serving North America and Europe, both in-person and via phone consults.

Katherine has developed her own style of Intuition and Energy Medicine - the profession made popular by Caroline Myss. Her work involves connecting with Angelic Guides. Using Intuition, she gathers relevant information and where appropriate, directs energy transformation through intention to facilitate healing. She also consults with western and eastern doctors and health practitioners on difficult cases where a diagnosis is unclear, or treatment is ineffective or not available.

Katherine has received training in Intuitive Development, Energy Healing, Holistic Health Education, Massage Therapy, Chinese Medicine and Western Internal Medicine.
